Avec une aide visuelle si les commandes ne passent pas:

dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
cd /usr/share/zoneinfo
tzselect Choix: 7+14

Automatiquement

sudo apt install ntpdate
ntpdate ntp.unice.fr
